So today the beautiful Monica Raymund (Gabriela Dawson from Chicago Fire) came out on Twitter - as bisexual. But apparently bisexuality is not a legitimate sexuality. These are some of the comments from an article on AfterEllen, a website by/for and about queer women. However, evidently if you do not identify as a lesbian, you are not queer or gay enough. This is prejudice and bigotry. This is biphobia and it’s not even coming from cishets, it’s from inside the LGBT community. How can we demand acceptance and love, when we can’t even do that for our own? x

They called her an “it”.

They called her a fucking “it”.

oh hey, you wanna know why girls who identify as bi in their teen years usually just stuff it down?
I’ve never been to a lesbian bar because I don’t feel “gay” enough for that. I usually won’t identify as bi unless someone asks because people think it is a bullshit identity.
And no, not all girls are “a little bi” as I’ve heard before. Tell that to the closed-minded friends who dropped me in my teen years because of how I identified.

I want a movie about a little girl, aged like 11-12, going through the stuggles of prepubescent girl life, with her entire inner monologue is narrated by Samuel L. Jackson.

Shot of disgruntled adorable little girl.

SLJ: I knew that Susie was a backstabbin’ motherfucker, and if anyone was going to ruin my chances of being Miss Sugar Drop Queen, it was that asshole.
